Your Health, All in One Place: Introducing the My Atlas Patient Portal
Proactive health, made simple.
At My Atlas, we've always believed that understanding your health should go beyond a single blood test, a collection of biomarkers, or a report filled with numbers.
Your health is continually evolving. Your results are only one part of a much bigger picture.
That's why we're excited to introduce the My Atlas Patient Portal - a new digital experience designed to bring your health information, blood test results, clinical consultations and personalised recommendations together in one connected place.
Our new patient portal represents an exciting next chapter for My Atlas, and an important step towards making proactive, personalised healthcare simpler and more accessible.
Because understanding your health shouldn't be complicated.

Moving Beyond a Single Blood Test
Traditional healthcare often focuses on identifying and responding to abnormalities once they arise.
Whilst diagnosing and managing existing health concerns remains essential, we believe there is significant value in taking a more proactive approach.
Blood testing can offer valuable insight into numerous aspects of your health, including hormonal balance, thyroid function, nutritional status, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk and much more.
But a single result doesn’t always tell the full story.
Understanding how biomarkers change over time, recognising developing patterns and considering results alongside your symptoms, medical history and lifestyle can provide a more meaningful picture of your health.
The My Atlas Patient Portal has been developed with this philosophy at its core.
Rather than viewing blood testing as an isolated event, we want to make it easier for you to understand your results in context, monitor your progress and make informed decisions about your health over time.
Introducing Your New My Atlas Patient Portal
We’ve brought together the essential elements of your My Atlas experience into one convenient digital platform.
Whether you’re accessing your latest blood test results, revisiting previous investigations, monitoring a particular biomarker or seeking additional clinical guidance, your health information is now easier to navigate.
1. Your Blood Test Results, All in One Place
Access your available My Atlas blood test reports through your personal patient portal.
Our reporting experience is designed to help you navigate your results more easily, with clear visual displays and relevant reference ranges.
Whether you’ve completed a comprehensive health assessment or a targeted investigation, your portal provides a central location to revisit your results whenever you need them.
No more searching through previous emails or locating individual report attachments.
Your health information, organised around you.
2. Track Your Biomarkers and Recognise Trends
One of the most exciting features of our new patient portal is the ability to view changes in your blood biomarkers over time.
A result within a laboratory reference range doesn’t necessarily tell you how that marker compares with your previous measurements.
For example, your ferritin, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), HbA1c or cholesterol levels may remain within their respective reference ranges whilst changing between tests.
Being able to recognise these changes can provide useful context for understanding your health.
Through the My Atlas Patient Portal, you can:
- Compare available biomarker results across previous tests.
- Visualise trends and changes over time.
- Monitor markers relevant to your individual health goals.
- Identify results that may warrant further discussion with a healthcare professional.
It’s an approach designed to encourage more informed, proactive health monitoring.
Of course, changes in biomarkers aren’t always clinically significant, and trends should be considered alongside symptoms, laboratory variability and your wider clinical picture.
Your results are a starting point for understanding your health, not the end of the conversation.
3. Access Your Previous Health Investigations
We understand that many of our patients return to My Atlas for ongoing health monitoring, whether that’s every few months, annually or in response to changing symptoms.
Having previous results accessible in one place can make that process considerably more useful.
Your patient portal brings your available testing history together, making it easier to review previous investigations and understand how your health has evolved.
Whether you’re monitoring iron status following treatment, revisiting hormone levels or assessing the impact of lifestyle changes, access to your historical results helps provide continuity.
Because progress is best understood when you can see where you started.
4. Clinical Consultations and Personalised Guidance
Access to information is important, but understanding what that information means for you is equally valuable.
The My Atlas Patient Portal is designed to help connect your testing experience with the clinical support available through our team.
Our Lead GP, Dr Max Draper, provides consultations to help patients understand their blood test results, discuss their symptoms and medical history, and explore appropriate next steps.
Your portal brings relevant consultation information and clinical documentation into the same connected experience as your test results.
This helps support continuity between testing, clinical interpretation and ongoing health monitoring.
Because healthcare should feel connected, rather than fragmented.
5. Personalised Supplement and Lifestyle Recommendations
Blood test results can provide useful insight into areas where changes to nutrition, lifestyle or other interventions may be appropriate.
As part of our new portal experience, patients can access relevant supplementary and lifestyle recommendations provided through our clinical service.
Where appropriate, these may support areas such as nutritional wellbeing, sleep, recovery, digestive health or broader health goals.
Recommendations should always be considered in the context of your individual health circumstances, medications and clinical needs.
Our aim is to make relevant guidance easier to access, revisit and understand, supporting a more joined-up approach to your wellbeing.
Why We’ve Built the My Atlas Patient Portal
As My Atlas has continued to grow, so has our vision for what personalised healthcare should look like.
We’ve seen first-hand how much value patients place on understanding their health, particularly when experiencing symptoms that aren’t always explained by a single investigation.
We’ve also seen how important it is for people to have access to their historical results, the ability to monitor changes and opportunities to ask meaningful questions about their health.
Our new portal is a natural extension of that philosophy.
We don’t believe proactive healthcare should end when your blood test report is released.
We want to support an ongoing relationship with your health — one that encourages curiosity, understanding, informed decisions and appropriate clinical support.
Whether you’re investigating a specific concern, managing an existing health condition or simply interested in understanding your body better, our aim is to give you the tools to be more actively involved in your healthcare.
Proactive Healthcare, Made Simple
Proactive healthcare isn’t about testing everything, chasing perfect numbers or treating every fluctuation as a problem.
It’s about having access to meaningful information, understanding your individual health picture and recognising when further investigation or support may be appropriate.
A blood test provides a snapshot.
Repeated measurements, interpreted appropriately, can help build a more complete picture.
By bringing your results, biomarker trends, testing history and clinical support together, the My Atlas Patient Portal makes it easier to take a more informed approach to your health.
And this is just the beginning.
As we continue developing our digital experience, our ambition is to create an increasingly connected approach to personalised healthcare, with further features designed around the needs of our patients.
Your Health. Your Results. Your Progress.
The launch of the My Atlas Patient Portal marks a significant milestone for our team.
But more importantly, it represents our commitment to improving how you experience and engage with your healthcare.
Making information easier to access.
Making progress easier to follow.
Making proactive health monitoring simpler.
All whilst retaining the personalised, clinically supported approach that remains central to My Atlas.
Your health is a journey. Your results are only the beginning.
And now, it’s all in one place.
